Emirates lists its Dubai to Jeddah flights to resume on 30 October and its Riyadh and Dammam flights on 8 November, while its Madinah services operate. The National's survey of airlines on 25 October gives the dates; Gulf News's list for the same day shows every Emirates flight between Dubai and Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh cancelled, so treat them as the airline's current schedule rather than a guarantee. flydubai's Riyadh, Dammam and Abha flights are cancelled up to and including 29 October, and The National reports that from 30 October it schedules two daily Riyadh flights, four daily Dammam flights and the FZ813 and FZ814 Abha service, with its Jeddah, Madinah, Gassim and Tabuk flights operating. Etihad confirmed on 25 October that all Abu Dhabi flights to Riyadh and Dammam and the EY601 to EY604 Jeddah services are cancelled through 5 November, while EY611 and EY615 to Jeddah operate, and said further changes are possible; Air Arabia's Sharjah flights to Riyadh, Dammam, Abha and Jizan were cancelled on 25 October with no resumption date.
Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport reopened Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights by Saudi national carriers on 25 October, two weeks after the attack of 10 October, and asked passengers to verify their flight with the airline before travelling to the airport; the Houthis said the airport remains a target, and the coalition reported intercepting two drones and a ballistic missile aimed at Riyadh, a cruise missile aimed at Khamis Mushait and ten ballistic missiles aimed at the southern region that morning, with no casualties reported. Saudi Civil Defence said debris from two ballistic missiles aimed at the Makkah and Madinah regions, intercepted on 24 October, fell in Wadi Al Mughammas, about 20 kilometres from the Grand Mosque, in Jeddah's Al Nuzha district and near Taif and Rabigh, with no casualties reported. Routing through Doha or Muscat remains no alternative this week: Qatar Airways' Riyadh flights are suspended through 25 October and its Dammam flights with no date, and Oman Air's Riyadh flights and SalamAir's Riyadh and Dammam flights are cancelled to 31 October.
Residents travelling for Umrah should confirm their flight to Jeddah or Madinah with the airline before leaving for the airport.
