No flight to or from a Pakistani airport was cancelled at Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah on 30 October. An airblue flight from Lahore to Abu Dhabi was delayed by about three and a half hours. Gulf News's list for the day shows airblue's PA430 due at Zayed International at 5.20pm against a scheduled 1.55pm and names no other flight to or from a Pakistani airport, so Emirates' Dubai services to Peshawar and Sialkot, cancelled on 29 October, did not appear among the cancellations; Gulf News notes that not every cancellation is linked to the regional situation, as some are operational or technical, and its briefing of 30 October repeats that some Emirates flights appear as cancelled on Dubai International's arrivals board while the airline's own status page lists them as scheduled, so verify with Emirates directly. flydubai's suspension of its Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar flights was due to end on 26 October; by 30 October no announcement from the airline confirming the restart had been published in the UAE or Pakistani press, and its travel updates page again could not be opened for this check, so passengers from those three cities should confirm with flydubai or their travel agent that the flight is operating before paying for a ticket.
Gulf News's briefing of 30 October said UAE airspace is open and Dubai International is operating at full capacity, that flights by Iranian airlines to and from the UAE remain suspended, that no new air-defence incident had been reported inside the country, and that residents should follow the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority and the police if an alert sounds; it cited no new guidance from the UAE government for visitors. PIA's Riyadh flights remain suspended with no date, two missiles aimed at Riyadh were intercepted on the evening of 29 October and flydubai has cancelled its Riyadh, Dammam and Abha flights to 5 November (see the Saudi Arabia thread). Confirm your flight with the airline before leaving for the airport.
