Riyadh's airport reopened two terminals on 25 October, and debris from two intercepted missiles fell near Makkah and in Jeddah, Taif and Rabigh on 24 October. King Khalid International Airport announced on the evening of 24 October that flights would resume on Sunday 25 October, with Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights operated by Saudi national carriers, and asked passengers with confirmed bookings to verify their flight with the airline before travelling to the airport; the announcement did not say when foreign airlines return, and flight tracking showed a departure for Jeddah early on Sunday, according to AFP. PIA's Riyadh flights remain suspended with no date to resume, as The National's survey of airlines on 25 October confirmed, while the Pakistan Airports Authority's last statement said PIA's other Saudi services continue; the Houthis said the airport remains a target.
Saudi Arabia's Civil Defence said debris from two ballistic missiles aimed at the Makkah and Madinah regions, intercepted on 24 October, fell in Wadi Al Mughammas, about 20 kilometres from the Grand Mosque, in Jeddah's Al Nuzha district, in Wadi Jalil near Taif and at Masturah near Rabigh, with no casualties reported, and the head of religious affairs at the two holy mosques called their security a red line. Early on 25 October the coalition said it intercepted two drones and a ballistic missile aimed at Riyadh, a cruise missile aimed at Khamis Mushait and ten ballistic missiles aimed at the southern region, again with no casualties reported. Connections through the UAE remain limited: Etihad's Abu Dhabi flights to Riyadh and Dammam and its EY601 to EY604 Jeddah services are cancelled through 5 November, flydubai's Riyadh, Dammam and Abha flights through 29 October, and Emirates lists its Jeddah flights to resume on 30 October and Riyadh and Dammam on 8 November while its Madinah flights operate.
Pilgrims travelling from Pakistan should confirm their flight, their terminal at Jeddah and their onward transport to Makkah with the airline or their Umrah operator before leaving for the airport, and follow Civil Defence alerts while in the Kingdom.
