Air Arabia's Sharjah flights to Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, Dhaka, Chattogram, Almaty, Bishkek, Moscow and Yekaterinburg were cancelled on 24 October. Gulf News's list of that day also shows its Sharjah flights to Cairo Sphinx, Sohag and Milan Bergamo, and its Abu Dhabi flights to Dhaka, Cairo Sphinx, Sohag, Kuwait and Faisalabad, as cancelled, alongside its Saudi routes; no Malé or Baku flight appeared, unlike on 23 October. Gulf News notes that not every cancellation is linked to the regional situation, as some are operational or technical.
The return of European airlines to Dubai is unchanged, with up to 36 weekly flights restored between late October and December, beginning with Lufthansa from Munich on 25 October, and services to Athens and Manila are being restored. Flights by Iranian airlines, including Iran Airtour's Dubai services, remain suspended until further notice, as does Emirates' Tel Aviv codeshare with flydubai. The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority advises passengers to check their ticket's rebooking, cancellation and baggage conditions before travelling; airlines must explain a delay or cancellation and provide assistance, and a complaint the airline or agent does not resolve can be taken to the authority within 14 days.
Residents booked with Air Arabia on any route, or with a foreign airline, should confirm the flight with the airline before leaving for the airport.
